Nearly 40 years of testing things on myself
I grew up a chubby kid on Vancouver Island, in Tofino and Comox. I found the gym in grade 7 and got hooked, but it took picking broccoli in a field in Australia at 18 to show me how much food matters.
I went on to model for brands like Nike, Lululemon and Arc’teryx. Looking fit and being healthy turned out to be two different things. After a serious car accident in 2015, I stopped chasing how I looked and started learning how my body actually works.
Today I live in Vancouver, run a limo company and test everything on myself first. I’m not a trainer or a doctor. I show you what I do, with the numbers, and you decide what’s right for you.
